3: Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

4: Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return.

5: Processing Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6: Late or Missing Returns

If you haven’t received a return yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your return is officially posted. 7: Exchanges
